Roberta Otten:

Has Danced professionally for 20 years with Happendance, a Lansing based professional Modern Dance company.  She now directs, performs and choreographs for January S'Moves, an annual concert of dance, improvisation, storytelling and song at Lansing Community College where she is an adjunct instructor for the Performing Arts Department.

S’Moves Performing Company presents dance, story and song by three 50+ performers. Roberta Otten, Rosemary Edgar and John MacDonald (pictured left) collaborate in a one-hour concert of choreography, story, improvisations and song, with some audience participation. Suitable for all ages, themes range from light-hearted jazz to everyday happenings to relationships. Bookings are  available for concert programs, special occasions, fundraisers as well as  spiritual, educational and health conferences.
